Centrally Located Home ~ Steps to Oxford Square!

This place was so convenient to the square, that it was unbeatable. Place was clean and had everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this place for others.

The only thing I would change is the mattress on the twin bed. A little firm for me and a place to hang clothes in the twin trundle bedroom so you do not have to wake the other people when retrieving your clothes (there for a wedding). Just a hook on the back of the door would have been great.

Very close to the square, super convenient for shopping or dining! The management company was quick to respond and get maintenance out to try and address a few issues.

Rentals need the owner to live in them for 2-3 nights every 3 months to understand and properly fix the issues. It was cold in Oxford - highs were mid 30’s - the heat in the front bedroom was barely blowing resulting in us kicking up the heat to 74 degrees to make it bearable. The hot water only lasted 5 mins - although maintenance kicked up the temp, we ran into the same issue the next day. The back bedroom’s shower had standing water - maintenance poured a liquid drainer, but unfortunately it didn’t resolve the issue. The driveway is a bit treacherous - you have to make sure the street is all clear because it is not convenient to back out. I drive a newer BMW SUV and my brakes were catching in reverse due to the incline.
