Fantastic stay! Very convenient and close to everything on the square. Easy (pay) parking, rarely needed to move our car. Sam was very communicative and helpful! Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic place! We’ve stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so. The unit is always clean, has comfortable beds and is only steps to the Square. Highly recommend!!

We had the best stay at Sam’s place for the WSU Ole Miss game. Parked the car right in front of the building and never had to drive anywhere for the 3 days we were in Oxford. Spacious rooms, comfy couch, nice kitchen well-supplied with coffee, snacks and beverages. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, so staying with another couple was very comfortable. Loves watching the sunsets from the balcony, too.
