La struttura si trova in una posizione comoda, essendo vicina all’aereporto, la zona è tranquilla e la vista mare è splendida. La proprietaria è disponibile.
La casa, pur avendo un buon potenziale, si presenta in condizioni decisamente trascurate. L’appartamento è molto antico e l’arredamento, soprattutto quello della cucina (come si vede nelle foto), è vecchio e cade a pezzi. Mancavano le zanzariere e la presenza di zanzare è stata tale che abbiamo dovuto acquistarle e installarle personalmente. Le pulizie erano praticamente assenti: tutto era impolverato e i comodini presentavano tracce di muffa. Anche il divano era sporco e macchiato, mentre gli utensili e gli accessori da cucina risultavano molto usurati. È un peccato, perché la casa avrebbe davvero del potenziale, ma in queste condizioni non dovrebbe essere affittata. Sarebbero necessari interventi di ristrutturazione e una maggiore cura nella pulizia. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è purtroppo deludente: per 100€ al giorno si può trovare di meglio.
