Our second visit to the villa and we just love it.
The plus points - very centrally located on Zante.
Very well equipped, very clean, spacious and a great welcome hamper.
Towels changed and bins emptied every other day.
Part of a Greek community so very non touristy.
You need a car but the local roads are quiet with restaurants and small supermarkets nearby.
Absolutely nothing.

Perfect location, away from the crowds, very convenient to explore the island. Spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean house. Nice welcome with wine, fruits, cold water and nespresso capsules (much appreciated). Very nice yard with big place for the car. Good WiFi connection. Perfect communication with the host. We particularly liked that the host coordinated with us the cleaning times. On top of that, it is very good value for money.
Not as a negative (we had a wonderful stay in the house), rather for information. It was not as quiet as we expected. The roosters started crowing very early in the morning (about 3.30 AM), the airplanes taking off and landing also pass nearby, sometimes there was loud music from somewhere outside. When the windows are closed (the aircon works perfectly), the noise is significantly reduced, we just like sleeping with open windows.

Nice garden, clean, well-designed, and equipped rooms, convenient location. Super hosts.
Recommended for everyone but especially for crowded families.And more..
If I were to come back again, I would stay in this house again.
Not a big deal that much, but a dishwasher would be great.
A rental is recommended, however, this is already a must for the whole Zakynthos trip.
