L'appartamento si trova in pieno centro. A piedi è possibile raggiungere facilmente il corso, il porto.
L'appartamento è molto piccolo, ideale solo per coppie. Non è molto utilizzata quindi c'è puzza di chiuso.
La doccia è aperta e il bagno si allaga facilmente nonostante si presti attenzione.
Abbiamo chiesto se ci fosse possibilità di anticipare il check-in ma nonostante ci fosse stato detto che c'era molta probabilità di accontentarci alla fine non è stato così.
Avremmo gradito una piccola cortesia vista la permanenza lunga.

Very good location close to the city center, free parking 10 min walk uphill. Good communication with the host. Cleaning and changing of towels/bedsheets every 4 days.
A bit of bad smell coming from the toilette, the apartment was not very clean.

The location is great, almost in the center of the city, the bed linen was changed after three days and it was clean.
The apartment is new.
The people from the agency that run the accommodation are very rude and quite unprofessional.
We had a request for three cups of normal size because we did not have them, we received them after three days, after persuasion as if we were asking for some extra service.
The water in the apartment, for showering and washing the dishes, was salty and cloudy for all six days. First they said that it happens when the tank is empty, then they kept silent, so they supposedly sent a plumber..... Of course the water remained salty and Braon, and they didn't even apologize, but showed through their messages that we were only burdening them.
The apartment is new, but everything in it was poorly assembled, the screws were not tightened, the coffee table was broken, we got a new one after three days when we got used to it. The space is extra small, my husband and I left with bruises after six days of constant beatings about the bed. We were literally crawling around the bed and we had nowhere to put things...
In addition, the terrace in the picture is a miniature yard 2x2m shared by two apartments, and there are two small tables, of which ours was under the stairs , and that is not in the picture and both apartments share one towel dryer. Parking in the area is terribly difficult to find.
Everything would have been kept quiet if the staff hadn't been so rude and if the water had been okay to use.
It is also very unpleasant that they emphasized to us that this is a cheap accommodation for Zakynthos and that what we paid is what we got. I have never experienced such insolence before.
I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone, especially if people are over 25 years old and there are more than two people.
We were with our 12-year-old son and we could barely get around in that tiny space.
