Good location close to city center, nice fiord views. Parking by house. Fully equipped kitchen with small dining room. Interesting architecture with three levels connected by narrow steps. Very quiet.

A casa fica num bairro muito bonito e 10 min caminhando de um VLT. O anfitrião foi bem solicito e amigável. Há espaço para estacionar o carro.

A casa tem 3 andares, o quarto é bem pequeno e sem TV e ar condicionado. Também não há espaço para colocar as malas no quarto. Elas devem ficar na sala que fica no segundo andar. O que significa neste caso que caso queira trocar de roupa você tem que descer para pegar o que for necessário. O banheiro de fato necessita de melhorias. Não há suporte para o chuveiro. Desta forma a pessoa é obrigada a ficar segurando o chuveiro com a mão enquanto se lava com a outra. E também não prateleiras para colocar o Shampoo + Sabão. E tão pouco na pia há espaço para coisas de higiene bucal. A parte acústica também é bem ruim, pois é possível ouvir as pessoas do outro lado da parede e eu imagino que elas possam te ouvir também, o que diminui significativamente sua privacidade.

Good communication from host RE checking in. Easy to find and actual parking on site as advertised (a rarity with private lets on Booking.com). Really nice, quiet area, and short easy walk to the tram, again, exactly as advertised. Lovely view from the windows looking out over Oslo too. Host provided good info about public transport apps etc too which was handy.

Whilst area was quiet, there was quite a lot of noise from next door, mainly some kind of moaning, I think maybe a child or something, possibly someone with some kind of issue, I don't know and I didn't want to ask as obviously there isn't anything they can do about it, but just be aware there will be some odd sounds. The beds are single beds upstairs and there isn't any point putting them together as they slide on the floor really easily and you will just slip down in the middle of the night. This could be fixed by attaching hooks to either ends of the bed legs so they can be clipped together. Because the house is 3 floors and quite narrow, the upstairs where the bedroom is can get very, very hot, even while we had all the heaters turned off as you're attached to the house next door and if they have the heating on then the space gets warm anyway, so you have to open all the windows basically to cool it down, which is fine while we were there in spring and it was still quite cold out, but in summer I expect it will get quite sweaty. The bathroom window looks right out into the road in front at eye level so you have to have the kind down when using it or people will see you as the glass isn't frosted or anything, so we just left it down the whole time. Also the bathroom shower doesn't have a holster for the shower head so you have to hold it in your hand the whole time to shower properly, which could be easily fixed by getting a suction cup shower holster (something we've seen before in other similar cubicles in other properties).
