romslig og moderne leilighet i oslo

Old building, modern inside. Evening drinks in the terrace. Small shop nearby. Choice of supermarkets 1k or so. Easy access to harbour front in 15min walk. Superb shower. Very quiet neighbourhood.

Kitchen had the bare minimum of equipment. Short on coffee mugs, teaspoons, frying pan and just one saucepan. None of the usual left over oils or spices beyond salt and sugar cubes. Not to be expected, but makes life easier. No freezer. Host told us about the hob which has a safety cut out on the wall. No idea what the rationale is but getting the hob to work could be annoying at times, though it always did. Induction hobs have their own ways. Key collection requires input of a code on a machine in the local shop. I received instructions very late which led to confusion and a call to the host as I’d not seen the latest message.

El apartamento es muy lindo, limpio y cómodo. Está ubicado en un barrio residencial muy calmado. Cerca tiene un supermercado y fácil acceso en transporte público. Nosotros incluso caminábamos desde el apartamento hasta la zona central de Oslo.
