Great location
The toilet flush was a little temperamental and there wasn’t a welcome letter.

The location is excellent, right by the harbourside, and the pubs, shops and restaurants are less than a minute away. There isn't a physical reception, and check in is by way of a key safe number emailed to you, but the staff in the nearby Kota restaurant were very helpful. The room was nice, the bed was extremely comfortable and there were ample tea/coffee making supplies.
The shower cubicle is small and could do with having the tiles deep cleaned, as the grouting is quite stained. The walls by the door need a repaint, too. I'd say the price point for this room is approximately £100 so it was a little overpriced for our stay.

Arrived on Wednesday and no person on sight, not clear where the rooms were located especially at night & raining needed to dig into emails to get key safe details Shower bracket / head unfixed
