This was our second stay at Kota, the first time we had the seaview apartment, which was slightly larger and more expensive. This room was smaller, and reflected in the cheaper price. The location is superb, the rooms were clean and warm. Lovely.

Porthleven is such a pretty part of Cornwall (I was lucky enough to grow up here) and Kota couldn’t have a better location.
The Emma mattress was soooooo comfy. Lovely soft fluffy towels and nice high end toiletries.
A large bottle of water and cold milk in the mini fridge was a nice touch.
A lick of paint is required in room 2.
Water pressure was low in the shower.
Neither of these are deal breakers and we’d come again for sure.

Location in connection to RNAS Culdrose, well presented
Arrived on Wednesday and no person on sight, not clear where the rooms were located especially at night & raining
needed to dig into emails to get key safe details
