The apartment is in a good location - very close to the Santa Apolonia train station and at the Alfama quarter which is good for walks to the city center. It was clean and very well equipped - in the kitchen, in the bathroom, even to do a laundry. Unlike the others complained in the reviews, we didn't hear anything from neighbours.
The only challenge is the temperature inside. During the hot summer days, we got back to the apartment usually quite late and the temperature inisde was very high. Even with all the windows opened, the air was barely moving inside and we were not able to cool it down enough over the night. It is fair to mention, that in the bedrooms and dining room, there are fans available that help.

L' emplacement et la grandeur de l'appartement.
Le lit double n' était pas assez large pour deux personnes, les travaux à côté de l'appartement. Le manque de climatisation car il faisait très chaud pour dormir.

La distribución del departamento, junto a la iluminación y calefacción hacían que sea sumamente funcional. Además la ubicación era excelente, cerca de la estación de tren, donde había subte, bus y supermercado.
Sumaría una baranda en la bañera.

Le logement correspondait à nos attentes, bon emplacement et hôte réactif.
Cependant on entend tout surtout si vous êtes au 1er étages vous entendez tous les bruits de pas du dessus.
Les voisins du dessus ont fait du bruit tout le long de notre séjour jusqu’à 3h du matin. Obliger de le signaler tous les jours à l’hôte mais rien ne changeait. Cela a vraiment gâché notre séjour.
