Bright and comfortable studio with mezzanine. Fully equipped, High Speed WIFI. Located in Graça a quiet and authentic area on the tracks of the tram 28 and with restaurants, Alfama, Castle and main historic spots at walking distance.It has 1 double bed (160x200), a cozy mezzanine where you can store bags or read a book (low ceiling) and a bright bathroom with window . The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine). 3rd floor with no lift (steep stairs). Quiet street, no traffic; parking nearby

So nice to have a washing machine. Cute place. Near lots of restaurants, mercados and shopping. Quiet.

The property is very clean and nicely decorated. The laundry was a bonus and the bed is very comfortable. Two things to note though is you need to go up multiple flights of incredibly steep stairs so not appropriate for people with mobility issues, and there is no air conditioning. We went during a heat wave so it was hot, but otherwise would be fine.
