"Le Theodore" Appartement charmant proche gare avec place de parking devant, quartier très calme

Tout était très bien, le logement très spacieux et propre, place de parking devant l'immeuble. Nous avons visité le centre ville de Nevers. Le village Apremont avec son parc Floral magnifique. A la Charité sur Loire depuis le pont, la Loire est magnifique. Et le tour de France qui est arrivé mercredi à Nevers.

C'est dommage lors de la rénovation du logement que les plafonds n'ont pas été ou peu insonorisés. Nous sommes restés une semaine dans ce logement et le logement au-dessus était bruyant du fait que c'était du parquet, en effet l'enfant des voisins d'un jeune âge n'a pas arrêté de courir du matin au soir que nous avons surnommé Forrest.

Very quiet area , parking place in the front of building , comfortable bed and very good kitchen . Also the bathroom , very good , everything was working in good condition . The table in the living room really useful in my case , having job to do even in the evening .

In the living room ( which is separated by an entrance hol ) at the first impresion looks very good , but I couldn't use the couch because it had a strong smell of sweat , Both , the couch and the pillows on it . It is a must to be desinfected and cleaned. In the kitchen , the same , there is a corner with all the stuff for cleaning : vacuum cleaner , the mop they use to wash the floor which has a really bad smell . Could be stored somewhere else , in my opinion . If I mentioned the area is quiet , I cannot say the same about the neighborns from above , a family with childrens which killed my nervs . I understand the kids suppose to play but it was like a war , there above . Almost every day ... of course the building pretty old and the floor creaks like in horror movies.

Appartement conforme à la description.Cuisine très bien équipée. Situation pratique pour nous qui devions aller en visite à l’hôpital tous les jours

La connexion Wifi sautait parfois ; difficile de suivre un film.
