Le Manou, Appartement neuf avec terrasse, parking sous-terrain & ascenseur

Fijn modern en comfortabel appartement met ruim balkon aan de oude N7, dicht bij de Porte de Paris en het oude centrum. Parkeergarage en parkeerplekken buiten. Dichtbij de ingang, aan het eind van de straat is een parkeerplek waar je 10 minuten mag staan om bij aankomst of vertrek de sleutels binnen te halen of terug te brengen in het kluisje.

Geen airconditioning; geen groot probleem, tenzij het erg warm is.

Apartment really beautiful ! Excellent open space living , dining and kitchen . Kitchen very well equiped . It was really a pleasure to stay in this apartment . Building quiet , acces direct from parking lot ( underground ) to the elevator . BTW : parking place really small , with a SUV will be really challenge to park there especially if all the others places are already busy . But is good , you can park outside if you find a place .

The lack of a cooling system in apartment ! YES, I used the shading systems but is not the same . During the night , with the windows opened , is better... but the noise from outside is terrible. It is a must to install a cooling system . The way to acces the apartment and parking ! So, you have to park somewhere around , go to apartment using the cod and take the keys with remote for a barriere of parking lot . Then , you are able to go inside parking ...and to apartment. Could be easy if you find a temporary parking place at the beggining .

La propreté et l’espace

Dans l’adresse il faut absolument ajouter le numéro de rue! Pas de produits de bienvenue comme une petite corbeille de fruits ou de biscuits offerts comme c’est souvent le cas

Modernité, propreté, tout y est, du confort et du pratique, de l’espace, de la fraîcheur, malgré la chaleur extérieure, très agréable jusqu’à la décoration. La literie est parfaite.
