Return my Deposit

Spacious and clean apartment. Good location with a supermarket nearby. Covered parking lot. Equipped with basic cooking facilities.

Initially, I gave a high rating for this accommodation. However, four days after I checked out, they sent me a message and said that my deposit of €500 had been forfeited because (1) they found nitrous oxide canisters, (2) numerous empty alcohol containers, and (3) an extremely strong smell of tobacco inside the accommodation. Based on these false accusations, which I strongly deny, I decided to revise my review so that future guests are aware of what to expect from this accommodation. Luckily, I took pictures of the condition of the accommodation on departure day, and I am currently dealing directly with Booking.com regarding this matter since the property still insisted that they have all the evidence. They even say that they have written statements from neighbours regarding noise disturbances during the booking period. The pictures posted here were taken during departure day which show everything is in proper order. Note: Dominique (Host) if you are reading this, please note that my apartment number is 203 (Manou) and I check-in on 5 January 2026 (Monday), 5:00 pm and check-out on 6 January 2026 (Tuesday), 10:00 am. If you really have an apartment with all the mess, (1) it could be a different apartment, same booking period, or (2) same apartment, different dates. Moreover, my wife and I are both non-smoker and we usually ask for non-smoking rooms when we stay in hotels.

Totally forgettable experience

The 24 hour concierge is just some guy in India could barely speak English or French was totally useless . A 500 euro deposit is crazy even the most expensive hotels don’t ask for this !! There is no on site food the restaurant is long closed. The apartment faces the sun all day but has no air conditioning and the sun blind to access the balcony is broken .

We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Manou apartment.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and well presented. The kitchen is very well appointed with modern appliances making it perfect for us to cook each night during our long stay. Having a large supermarket within easy walking distance was also a huge plus. The management is very professional, providing a helpful video to assist with the check in procedures.

Our stay coincided with a summer heat wave and unfortunately the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning. However, opening the windows and balcony door at night allowed the apartment to cool down overnight.

Problème boîte à clé

Bonjour. Comme d'habitude apparemment très propre et confortable. Pratique le garage en sous-sol.

L'accueil téléphonique pour procédure d'ouverture de la boîte à clé n'a pas été à la hauteur. Nous avons été pris pour des menteurs quand nous avons indiqué ne pas disposer du code. Sans chercher à savoir la personne nous a soutenu avoir transmis le mail avec les instructions. Sauf que, convaincue de vérifier, la personne s'est aperçue de l'oubli. Nous avons trouvé ça moyen 🤨

Malgré ce problème,l'appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel.

Le store de la pièce principale était cassé.Comme il était bloqué à mis hauteur (Nous l'avons signalé dès notre arrivée par téléphone), nous étions privés de lumière et d'intimité par rapport au voisinage dès la soirée.De plus ,il était compliqué d'accéder à la terrasse.

Het appartement was ruim en op loop afstand van het centrum

Het appartement Manou (203) ligt aan een drukke doorgaande weg die regelmatig als racebaan wordt gebruikt, dus veel lawaai van auto’s, bussen en motoren. Het gevolg hiervan is dat je niet op het balkon rustig kan zitten! Ook is er geen airco aanwezig in het appartement.

Апартаменти знаходяться в новому будинку. Все продумано до деталей. Легко дістатися. Дуже чисто та комфортно. Особливо хочу відмітити естетичний смак господаря, навіть столові прибори в одному стилі квартири. Зручні ліжка та подушки. Парковка на території апартаментів. Коли ми будемо ще раз в цьому місті, обовʼязково виберемо ваші апартаменти.

Fijn verblijf, heerlijke bedden.

Mooi luxe appartement. Motoren in de parkeergarage onder het gebouw.

Toegang was onduidelijk omdat er achteraf de pincode van booking.com niet functioneerde maar alleen via een in te vullen weblink van de verhuurorganisatie maar de link deed het onderweg niet. Pas als er een borg van 500 euro zou worden betaald kreeg je de juiste pincode. Gelukkig troffen we een welwillende bewoner aan die ons hielp. Organisatie gebeld welke alsnog de juiste pincode voor het sleutelkastje mailde. Pff erg warm en met motorpakken aan haast niet te doen! WC doortrekmechanisme zat los ( lijm of kit was los) en wastafelkraan werkte erg zwaar.

La communication parking vers residence ne fonctionne pas avec le bip (porte ne cedant pas) et imposant de faire le tour avec les bagages.
