Disappointing and Tatty

If you travelling from abroad be sure to have internet access as the credit card damage deposit they require arrives the day before, if you can't access / respond to that information they will not release the lock key code. They are also not prepared to come out to the property to get your card authorisation even though you have fully paid for reservation. So you will loose your paid for booking. This property was very tatty and in need of a make over. It did not match the internet pictures. The advertised facilities are not in the building or close by.

Great apartment within walking distance to all sights.

Apartment is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Good bed and pillows. Very quiet at night and good shower plus even a washing machine. It’s totally new inside . We had a very good stay. Put our bicycles in the end of the hallway where they were safe.

The front door and hallway were kind of dated amd scruffy but once you get into the apartment all is perfect.

Good location The flat is exactly as shown in videos and pictures - it's actually a bit more roomy than I thought Easy check-in (got keys from a box) The gym is big and very quiet, and conveniently offers free parking space

A great stay, even though it was short. We would definitely stay again, if we were in that area.

This location was a real surprise to us. It was a real gem. Everything you needed. Sadly we were only there for one night and arrived late but it was really good. It was very modern, exceptionally clean and well thought out design-wise. There was a kitchentte with all you would need if you were staying longer. We managed to get an uber-eats meal, which was an added bonus!

The video for directions and how to get in from the hosts was excellent but we had a little trouble with the code number. Not a real problem as it was sorted immediatley.

Séjour Nevers

Le confort , la décoration de l'appartement. La présence des ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner. La propreté. La vidéo d'accueil expliquant le fonctionnement du logement.

L'emplacement. Rue peu accueillante , presque insécurisante ; la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble sans numéro (on le devine grâce aux portes voisines), l'entrée dans l'immeuble ... Le chauffe serviette ne fonctionnait pas et il manquait une ampoule dans une lampe de chevet. Le dépôt de caution par empreinte bancaire qui a eu du mal à fonctionner (doute sur piratage).

Séjour au centre de Nevers dans un bel appartement mais soucis de ménage et d’environnement

Appartement central, joliment décoré et très bien équipé

Procédure d’accueil très fastidieuse. Logement situé dans la pire rue de Nevers (squat, crack…). Douche non lavée, serviette sale oubliée, même si le reste du logement était très très propre.

Le logement était parfait à l'intérieur. Très confortable et bien décoré. L'accès à la salle de sport pour notre fils.

Le quartier et la rue dans laquelle est le logement. Nous étions en train de déménager notre fils et notre voiture était chargée. Nous n'avons pas osé la garer dans la rue en raison de la population qui y habite. Le parking de la salle de sport n'était pas plus sécurisé car ouvert. C'est le seul point négatif sinon tout était bien. La vidéo pour les indications d'accès à l'appartement. Ce n'est pas pratique car il faut l'écouter plusieurs fois. Des notes écrites seraient plus pratiques.

L’entrée et la façade , piteux état , le quartier sale. L’absence de parking privé alors qu il y a un garage . L accès au sauna et hamman fermé en été et pas précisé. La connexion wifi très faible.

L'appartement est très bien décoré et équipé et très tranquille.

Le quartier était un peu bizarre... Nous sommes passés 3 fois devant l'immeuble : façade ne laissant pas supposer que l'appartement se trouvait là. Pas d'indication nous informant de l'endroit exact de l'appartement. Heureusement que l'intérieur était très chouette. Le hammam, sauna et salle de sport sont on ne sait où...

Le confort de l'appartement, la proximité du centre et du quartier de la vieille ville, la décoration de l'appartement ainsi que les conseils pour les restaurants les visites (décoration photo cadre tapisserie)

Quartier mal fréquenté le soir, de plus le sauna et hammam n'est pas accessible juillet-août selon les dirigeants de la salle de sport ce qui est dommage car cela faisait partie de mes critères de recherche

Appartement bien équipé d’un bon rapport qualité prix. Calme et bien situé pour tout faire à pied. Accès à une salle de sport comme à un parking mais pas directement à proximité de l’appartement.

Devoir laisser à distance après réception d’un lien internet une emprunte carte de crédit pour la caution sans aucun autre contact au préalable qu’une suite de messages. Procédure non sécurisée par le site de réservation donc peu rassurante de prime abord.

L’extérieur de l’immeuble,le parking très éloigné et pas fermé.Très bruyant,le canapé avec le bruit de la rue et la chambre dont la fenêtre donne sur une courette avec les climatiseurs de l’autre immeuble,obligé de dormir avec la fenêtre fermée et avec cette chaleur l’appartement mériterait d’être climatisé.

Très chouette appartement, bien situé dans le centre historique de Nevers. Après avoir constaté l'absence de parure de draps pour le canapé-lit, la concergierie nous les a apportés prestement: excellent service! Au final, très belle expérience dans cet appartement aménagé avec goût.

Nous regrettons simplement ne pas avoir disposé d'une journée supplémentaire pour pouvoir tester les installations bien-être/sport! Peut-être lors d'un prochain séjour... ;)

Geweldig!

Je komt een typisch Frans straatje in gereden en denkt, waar ben ik nu weer beland..... maar eenmaal binnen was het een positieve verrassing!! Wat een mooi appartement. Groot, netjes, gezellig ingericht, lekker bed keuken met alles erop en eraan, hier zou ik zelfs wel willen wonen!😃 ook het filmpje wat je krijgt met de instructies was erg fijn. Niks onduidelijk, je krijgt wat ze laten zien op de foto's. Ook een leuk idee van alle foto's in het appartement, daardoor zijn wij heerlijk gaan eten bij restaurant Ô puits. Ook een aanrader trouwens!

L'appartement est vraiment spacieux, la télé possède une chromcast qui permet de se connecter. Nous avons apprécié le mot de bienvenue et les bouteilles d'eau.

Nous sommes arrivés dimanche pour une nuit, du coup la salle de sport (et sauna hammam) était fermée et nous n'avons donc pas pu profiter des prestations vues dans la vidéo de présentation.
