La gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'hôte La facilité pour l'accès appart + place zone bleue devant Le charme de l'appartement, parquet et jolie déco La propreté et les équipements Le calme La propreté L'accès pour ceux qui veulent au club de sport
Manque 1 ventilateur quand on est à 4 en période "chaude", 1 seul pour 2 zones pour dormir. Le quartier (pourtant bien placé) un peu laissé pour compte, pas très bien fréquenté. Le petit déj un peu low cost.

Le petit déjeuner pas très fourni. Fruits pas frais. Que café et thé pas de cacao. Le quartier pas top.
