Enjoy a unique accommodation 200m from the train station and the hypercenter, with garden and private 🌲 terrace

The accommodation
The accommodation has been recently renovated,
and is composed of 3 rooms with terrace and garden on the raised first floor: you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with double sofa bed (standard width 140cm) and dining room, and a bedroom with double bed.
It is spacious without being too big, with a surface area of about 50m2.
Traveler access
The accommodations are ideally located 5 minutes walk from Nevers train station, and buses (lines 4, 5 and 13)) stop right in front if you don't want to walk. For a car arrival it is very easy to park in the street in front of the apartment (free spaces and always available).
You will also be 10 minutes walk from the hyper-center (Saint-Cyr Cathedral for example) and the Loire, very pleasant for a short walk in the afternoon or evening. Possibility of access to the Loire beach to swim in summer.
If you want to go sightseeing, we offer you a small guide to the addresses not to be missed nearby, as well as a list of restaurants to try.
Other remarks
You have at your disposal various consumables (toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel,...), as well as clean towels and all the necessary bedding. Senseo coffee machine with coffee and tea are provided. A washing machine with detergent is also at your disposal.
We accept pets as long as you guarantee the cleanliness of the accommodation and the garden when you leave.
1 additional screen with HDMI cable is also available for remote workers.
We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay (by phone, we won't bother you promise!) if you have any questions or need advice about Nevers.
