An excellent stay for a couples! Sandra was such an amazing host, would recommend her and her place to anyone staying in Dubrovnik! We felt so welcomed by her hospitality, and her instructions we got were so clear so thank you for that! The place itself had a superb AC, so we got to cool down from the 31-37C weather ❄️ Good location and a bit further away from the super busy Old town area, easy to order an Über and close to Lapad and Gruz, had nice places to dine close-by (Mezzanave for example).

Ants for two days in a row got in from some small hole in the floor close to bathroom door, but nothing we haven’t experienced in Finland as well (especially in some ground-floor apartments 🙅🏻‍♀️)!

Appartamento moderno e attrezzato con tutti i comfort, bagno spazioso e pulito, aria condizionata (che di questo periodo è essenziale) letto molto comodo. La posizione è ottimale, basta prendere l’autobus per andare in centro (ottimo anche uber, anzi consiglio poiché conviene) a 5 minuti invece vi è il supermercato, ben fornito e con il bar/panificio Bobis. Un grande saluta a Sandra che è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima nei nostri confronti.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko przystanek autobusowy, piekarnia. Nie daleko plaża Bellevue oraz sklep spożywczy Tommy. W mieszkaniu czyściutko, przyjemnie. Domek świetnie wyposażony, było tam wszystko co niezbędne aby spędzić wakacje.

This place was an amazing choice! Sandra, the property manager, was incredibly friendly, communicative, and available! Check in and out were smooth. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped when we arrived. The bathroom is huge, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, but Sandra left some helpful recommendations for local places to eat that were amazing! The apartment is situated right between the old city and the newer side of town, which we really enjoyed because it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist sites while being accessible to them and the other side of the city with less crowds and more nature. Only problem you may have is the bed is so comfortable you won’t want to leave! We loved this place and would definitely come back! Other bonuses: really cute outdoor table next to a garden with a nice mountain/city view and a washing machine with laundry detergent and fabric softener!

The soap in the shower felt a bit watered down, so it may be beneficial to pack your own!
