Beautiful jungle/forest vibes!🌷

Beautiful place!!! The staff were amazing, kind and very supportive!🌷 Love how when you are sleeping you can hear the rain on the roof! Had the best sleeps and woke up feeling so refreshed!🌷 the pool is heated as well and the water feature while you are swimming is so good! Loved the Jungle mocktail, it was so good!🌷I loved the breakfast as well. The fruit platters are so good!🌷 The view is just amazing, when you walk to your villa and when you walk to the restaurant, there’s a beautiful bridge that just looks so magical.🌷 it’s definitely a jungle/forest vibe. And the rain made it look so beautiful! Definitely a 10/10. Definitely will be coming back! If you are looking for a peaceful escape this is the place!🌷

Luxury in the middle of the jungle! Absolutelly amazing!

Amazing location in the middle of the lush jungle, fantastic pool, very nice stuff, they offer floating breakfast, massage and our favorite was the cooking class in a traditional balinese open kitchen in the forest, with a professional chef! Highly reccomend it, we had an amazing week here!

If you don’t have a motorbike, it’s a bit hard to get around, the place is a bit remote, but that is the point if you want to experience a quiet stay away from the crowd and the traffic!

One I will never forget 💕

The staff were accessible 24/7 they brought breakfast to our room and dinner . I had a fall and helped us get to the pharmacy for some pain relief and met us and took us on their scooters . Arranged our taxi to our next hotel. Beautiful romantic retreat in the heart of the jungle. Lovely

10/10, would highly recommend especially for couples!

The property was really clean and condition was maintained in an excellent way. The staff was accommodating and assisted us with every need, I used WhatsApp to communicate with reception and they were always on hand with my queries and requests.

I enjoyed everything, of course being in the jungle it is expected for bugs but surprisingly there wasn’t as much as I thought there would be. The hotel is slightly hidden away and remote from local restaurants but we enjoyed the peace and quiet to be honest. Only thing I’d recommend is for a TV for the days people choose to relax in their room.

We loved the surroundings. The jungle and river created a sense of peace. The room and plunge pool was very private and beautiful. Had an excellent massage at very reasonable price.

I would just recommend a smaller menu. Quite a few things not available. Food was OK but if simplified, may be even better!

This was our most beautiful stay in Bali! The villa was the most beautiful in the world! The hotel staff was amazing! The food in the restaurant was delicious! We ordered a Balinese massage! The masseuses were wonderful! The whole experience was magical! We purchased the floating breakfast option in our pool and it was wonderful! The hotel gave us an extended check-out time as a gift, which was very kind! Thank you so much for such a beautiful and magical stay! The whole experience was wonderful! We will remember it forever! We will definitely come back someday. The location was great, right in the heart of the jungle. value

Perfect Hideaway in Bali

We stayed at 5 different locations during our 4 week stay in Bali. Sacred Canyon is located away from the very busy Ubud Set in beautiful jungle. We loved it. It was our pick of our stays.The staff were very helpful and always smiling. We had a beautiful cabin with its own private heated pool.

Because of its location there are lots of steps. As we are in the older age bracket we had to be careful not to slip on the steps.Although our knees seemed to work better after a couple of days and we got use to it .No complaints really just something to be aware of.

Wonderful people, wonderful location.

When we’ve arrived they picked us up by baggy and carried our luggages all the way to the reception and then the room. They didn’t want to let us help even though those bags were very heavy. They just said their guest’s comfort is the most important for them. - Which they proved several times during our stay. We felt very welcome and every single special request we had, they fulfilled immediately and helped us feel as great as possible during our stay. Everyone was always smiling, greeting us. The prices of food at the restaurant and other services such as massage, laundry etc were great. Not to forget to mention that we arrived exactly when it was raining for days like crazy and they put warm water in the pool so that we could at least enjoy that until the weather gets better. The most wonderful and kind people we’ve ever met.

During the heavy rain it was quite loud and in the mornings some birds tried to fly into our villa through the glass, bumping into it continuously, but that isn’t really anything that’s their fault. 😊 It was a little too humid in the room so the towels had to be changed every day because they remained soaking wet even after hanging them for a full day, using the fan etc.

A stunning property nestled right in the heart of the jungle—perfect for nature lovers. The surroundings are incredibly scenic, making it a joy to simply walk around and soak it all in. The service by Duta, Tio, and Dika was exceptional, and the food at the in-house restaurant was absolutely delicious. We’re definitely coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature.

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was quite good. Staying in the canyon and being surrounded by the forest was lovely.

Transportation to the rooms or villas is only done by buggy, but finding a buggy can take time. They’ve only one or two buggies for the entire large villa area, which I find quite surprising. I honestly wonder — is it really that expensive to have more buggies? Also, in some parts of the room, insects can easily get in. Even though I stayed in a pool villa, the curtain at the pool entrance did not match the standards of a villa. Insects can easily pass through both the curtain and the doors. A sliding glass door would be a much better and more fitting solution for a villa. Although the facilities are excellent, the hotel clearly needs more investment.

Jungle Paradise

I spent four nights at Sacred Canyon, and it was wonderful. The accommodation is quite secluded, offering complete peace and quiet. You can't reach it by car—you have to be picked up by a buggy at the drop-off point. The bungalows are beautiful, very clean, and the view from the terrace into the jungle is fantastic. However, if you're looking for action, this is not the place for you. Sacred Canyon is designed for relaxation and unwinding. You can either walk to the restaurant in about five minutes or have food delivered directly to your room. The prices are reasonable, and the food was absolutely delicious every time. The staff is incredibly kind and polite, always going the extra mile to fulfill any request. You can also book excursions through the hotel, but I didn’t do that—I was there to enjoy the tranquility and nature. If you're comfortable walking, you'll be happy here. However, if you have difficulty with stairs or uneven terrain, you might want to choose a different hotel, as the natural staircase through the canyon can be a bit tricky. That didn’t bother me at all, though. Thank you so much, and see you again soon!

Stunning villa on the edge of a jungle canyon - expect mosquitoes

A beautiful villa. The staff at the villa, and at the adjacent resort restaurant were wonderful (thank you Wanda!!!). We loved our heated pool!!!

There’s no table and chairs inside. The only place to sit is outside. After rain there were lots of mosquitoes which couldn’t be controlled using the mosquito coils supplied (needs to be sprayed). The pathway and tree lights are very bright, and stay on all night, so very bright light enters the room thru the high windows at night making sleeping difficult (need curtains).

-Villas submerges within a jungle. Great secluded place to stay if you want to be close to the nature -Staffs are really friendly and I really appreciate the communication over WhatsApp. -Lovely private pool, can just jump into the pool before the start and the end of the day. -Bed is conformable. Lovely villa design.

-30-40min away from Ubud centre -not a lot of restaurant around. But they do have in-house restaurants with decent food.

We loved the place, the intimacy (private pool for each bungalow), the breakfast, the personel who was very kind, helpful and smiling. The environment ans the location were simply perfect (20 min in scooter from center Ubud) ! As it is a new hotel, everything was clean and it was clearly one of our best hotel we stayed in during our vacations !!

Villas were placed about 150cm apart so you could hear all conversations next door, especially loud people. Still enjoyed the stay. I thought meal and other service prices were a little steep. Just my opinion based on great food in other restaurants in the area

Increíble experiencia sentirte en el interior de una jungla con una vegetación y entorno muy cuidados, es una maravilla. Los desayunos muy ricos, el masaje excepcional y por un buen precio, las villas limpias y muy coquetas, el personal muy servicial, profesional y amable ayuda en todo con una sonrisa!

Es ist ein wirklich schöner Ort. Perfekt für ein kleines Dschungel Erlebnis.

Die Unterkunft hat nach Schimmel gerochen & es war wirklich schlechte Luft darin. Von dem Essen dort habe ich eine Magenverstimmung bekommen & fühlte mich den ganzen Aufenthalt schlecht. Außerdem wird bei allem eine Service Gebühr berechnet. Ihr möchtet also zwei Flaschen Wasser? Preis fürs Wasser + Service Gebühr! Cappuccino nicht im Frühstück enthalten und kostet 2€. Zimmerservice also das Putzen des Zimmers kostet 10€! + 21% Service Gebühr natürlich ;) Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend und es gibt definitiv besseren Service in Bali!
