The location is quite remote (you get to a taxi drop-off point and then they pick you up in a buggy), and it's villas deep in the jungle - it was wonderful to walk around, fall asleep to the sounds of the rainforest, enjoy the outdoor shower and the heated pool. The pool by the restaurant is gorgeous. Please do yourself a favour and book a melukat ceremony with a local priest in the sacred water pool nearby in the canyon by the three waterfalls - truly special. The hotel was kind to allow us to store our luggage for 24h while we went on a trip to another side of Bali and then back.

Breakfast options are several, the healthiest one however, is a smoothie to start and then a smoothie bowl; which is weird. I asked to swap one of the smoothies for something else, and they refused. Breakfast is also served with a complimentary bread basket (but its processed pasties from a shop) and super hard butter that was impossible to spread. They only serve black Bali coffee as part of the breakfast offer, so if you want coffee with milk, you need to order and pay an extra charge. There is no reception, so you need to coordinate everything via WhatsApp. You can't just show up and check-in, need to pre-agree your arrival time as staff need to collect you with a buggy. Might be a challenge if you need assistance very early in the morning or late at night - there was no one to pick me up with a buggy at the time when I needed around 6.30 am - they were completely unresponsive. I was scheduled to attend a private yoga session organised by the property, so I was late as I couldn't get there on time, given that there were no transport options. I was not reimbursed, and yoga lasted 30 min and not 1h as scheduled, but I was charged in full. This accommodation is located near two other ones that share services and transport options, so it can get confusing, eg. we selected room service to order from the restaurant which we discovered belonged to other property and not ours, and our property's restaurant didn't have the same offer. The room service was average. The room was somewhat dusty. They also give you just two bottles of mineral water and charge you for any extra (that's the only case of a hotel with such conditions on water in all our stay in Bali, and we stayed in 5 hotels).
