The environment was clean, the design of property is nice.

Maybe because of the environment, there are a lot of mosquitoes but it’s manageable. The swimming pool should be maintained regularly.

I stayed here over Easter in April and it was my first time with my partner. I was in the villa next to the one mentioned in another review about ants. I saw that food including an open box of Coco Crunch and other snacks were left out on the outdoor table for most of the day, which is likely why ants appeared. Aside from that, I really enjoyed my stay. The villa was immaculate when we checked in. No dust on surfaces, bathroom was sparkling with no hair or water marks. Fresh linens had no stains, towels were fluffy, and the beds were made perfectly. Housekeeping also came during our stay and restocked everything without disturbing us. It had a nice fresh smell the whole time. The villa is calm, well maintained, and in a great spot away from the busy tourist areas. The staff were attentive and friendly. I loved the bodywash so much I bought the travel kit to take home. Too bad my trip this time was cut short due to work commitments, but I would still fully recommend this small boutique villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, and peaceful stay. *Tip: Keep all food sealed or place it in the fridge when eating outdoors to avoid ants. Also take a stroll in the morning — 10 minute walk from the villa for a gorgeous sunrise.*

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm Balinese hospitality. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the bed was incredibly superbly comfy Waking up to the peaceful rice field views was the highlight of my trip. The atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, and perfect for escaping the busy tourist areas like Kuta while still being close enough to explore Ubud center, art market Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, great value for money. Inpaid aud4 for friied rice, hot drink and fruit cuts. I got to say...every details and facility truly made me feel valued as a guest. The place is better in real life than photos. Room smells real nice, AC is quite asni am super sensitive and every corner is so clean even inside the wardrobe is clean...not dusty like other places that I had stayed.. bcoz of my pollen and dus allergy...i can get hyfever from dust, i breath really well at this place I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic, and memorable Bali experience. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bali ...hopefully soon!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Coffee was not hot enough for my taste

The bedsheets and towels were very clean. The front desk staff were warm and talkative. The owner was also very friendly and introduced us to Balinese culture. Right outside the hotel is a real local rice field, and there were no mosquitoes. There was a welcome drink as well. Unlike many hotels in Ubud, this place is well designed with plenty of sunlight during the day, so it doesn’t feel damp. The pool water is also pleasantly warm during the day.

The location is not in the city center, so you’ll need a motorbike or taxi to get around.
