The location, the amazing apartment and the seamless process for check-in and general communication. Some nice details like coffee capsules and a small chocolate gift box
A very small gripe, the heating was by the aircon and getting the place properly warm, warm took many hours. Ideally, perhaps the aircon could have been left on by the cleaner for our arrival.

Good location, nice building, balconies, good master bedroom and kitchen with all the equipment, good wardrobes eith enough space, all clean.
The sofa-bed was not useful for sleeping at all - it was far too soft (like sleeping in a pit). It was a significant shortcoming since i had to sleep on a folded sofa while my husbad and child shared the king bed :( The other slight disappointment was the quality of repairing/ design - plastic windows, drywall walls, “design” tap in one of the bathrooms, which was counter-intuitive, mirror lighting in the master-bathroom could be better.
