Apartamento flotante Unico C15A01

We enjoyed this cute little place. It was very clean and the staff were very kind and responsive. The location is in a marina a short drive away from the Sardinero beach. The boat house was in a very quiet and peaceful marina. The nights were calm and quiet. We did not experience any movement inside the boat house. The entry to the dock was restricted to those who had a magnetic pass. There was double bed in the room and it was very comfortable. The living room sofa was comfortable and converted into a bed. There was an extreme heat wave all over Spain when we were there. Faustino and his aid installed a portable AC unit right away when we asked. The cool sea breeze was pleasant at night. Two of the windows had mosquito screens, so you can open windows without having to worry about the mosquitos. We only had breakfast and snacks, so we can’t comment about the kitchen. There was an excellent seafood restaurant within a 1 minute walk.

All in all, we had a pleasant experience. The only thing I would add in this area would be that the Space inside the boat house is quite tight. It’s more adapted for 1-2 people. We had carry ons, and when you open them, you are taking up what free space there is between the furniture. The place would not accommodate large luggage. It’s a cute place for 1-2 people that are more minimalist. It would be a cute romantic experience for a couple travelling lightly. We would go again as a couple. It’s reasonably priced for the area. We reserved last minute and all the available places were overpriced.

Un alojamiento diferente, en un sitio tranquilo, sin problemas para aparcar y con restaurantes cerca (aunque con horarios no muy amplios por la noche, cierran asombrosamente pronto). La cocina tiene todo lo básico, solamente eche de menos un abrebotellas. Todo estaba muy limpio. Ninguna pega a la limpieza. La encimera del lavabo tiene bastante sitio y la iluminación sin ser excelente tampoco es mala. El barco está sólidamente anclado al pantalán por lo que se mueve bastante poco. Tiene un servicio de transporte en barco (ALSA) hasta Santander justo delante pero los horarios son "aleatorios" lo mejor es hablar con los tripulantes y pactar los horarios. Los de la web de ALSA están mal, lo saben y les da igual.

El sofá es incómodo para estar sentado, como cama no sabría decir, pero no tiene buena pinta. La TV pierde señal con frecuencia y se pixela. No tiene sitio para dejar productos en la ducha. La ducha no tiene soporte por lo que hay que tenerla en la mano. La calefacción o el aire acondicionado hacen MUCHO ruido.

nos llovió y no pudimos disfrutarlo mucho,por otro lado no sabíamos que no había champú ni nada😅

It’s so quirky and unusual to stay in a little square craft in a pretty marina. Excellent sea food restaurant close by and although there were 2 Spanish parties hosted there during our stay the music was over by 8.30pm

A few mosquitos but spray and plug ins were in the property
