Le personnel est très aimable et à l'écoute du client. Le petit déjeuner était bien : fruits, jus, viennoiseries (même si industrielles), café, thé, céréales, 2 sortes de pain, œufs et bacon ... Gel pour les mains, gel douche, shampooing et sèche cheveux mis à disposition dans la salle de bain. La vue est magnifique aux alentours. Un très beau cadre pour passer 2 ou 3 nuits au calme, avec possibilité de visiter Bilbao ou Burgos, à environ 1 hre/1 hre 30 de voiture. Nous avons passer un très bon séjour malgré les inconvénients expliqués plus bas.

1. Le pain du premier petit déjeuner était du pain industriel, sans doute parce que nous étions les seuls clients. 2. Pour accéder à la salle de bain/toilette dédiée de notre chambre, il faut sortir de la chambre et passer par le corridor commun qui dessert toutes les chambres. Ceci n'est pas visible sur les photos, ni signalé sur le site. Il y manque une patère pour suspendre son peignoir de bain (mis à disposition par la maison heureusement) nécessaire pour traverser le couloir. 3. La douche est très, très étroite et l'espace pour y entrer encore plus. Rien n'est prévu pour déposer gel douche, shampoing, etc... Nous avions choisi la chambre de Luxe avec le lit kingsize.

Très tranquille maison complète avec équipement très correct pour le prix , un peu de difficulté avec le GPS mais on y est arrivé après quelques détours et plusieurs GPS mis en œuvre, la proprio très réactive à nos difficultés

- This was difficult to score. It is an excellent accommodation, but when we were there towards the end of November it was bitterly cold throughout the whole property. There was one electric heater in the bedroom, which struggled to get the room up to temperature, and one in the lounge area which was completely useless, given the size of the room. If we had been there when the house and rooms were warm, this would easily be rated 9. However, the review is based on our visit. - Property is a stunning stately colonial house in superb grounds, well decorated with antique furniture and fittings, and with superb views over the surrounding area - There are many sitting / resting areas in the public areas inside and outside the main house - Large grounds with walks into the woods - Bed is very comfy - Good shower (need to let the water run a long time to heat up, but it gets there), but room was stone cold - Good reliable WiFi - Large lounge / dining area, with great views - Private parking within the gated grounds - There are e-bikes to rent

- As mentioned, the house was bitterly cold. Carlos showed us round the property, but for some reason didn't tell us there was a powerful electric fire available in the lounge. We discovered that after quite a few hours, but after switching it on, the room was warm half an hour later. The fire did smell a bit though. - No breakfast was available, but there is a shared kitchen. It is fairly basic, but we did manage to cook dinner and breakfast. - Main door into property was a bit temperamental, sometimes very difficult to open. - It wasn't clear to us how we were to exit the property with the key remote, then leave the keys on a table, when we needed the remote to operate the gate. As it turns out, someone arrived and left the gate open for us!
