Location & view. Comfortable bed.
Not self catering. No crockery or cutlery.

Proximity to amenities and how easy it was to find the place.
Cars parked outside in front of reception - no car port or covered parking. The spiral stairs are difficult to navigate for older people like me. Lack of sound proofing as we could hear some guests talking and laughing on Friday evening when we were trying to sleep. The breakfast was very disappointing- we were not given an option of boiled, or fried or scrambled egg, brown or white bread etc. my friend asked for tea and the lady disappeared and brought coffee instead. I was given popcorn salt and vinegar with my eggs that were so well done I struggled to eat them.
