Space and location. Easy to walk to facilities.
Cold water for shower the first night, host forgot to turn on the geyser via an APP.

Stunning views, absolutely breathtaking 😍🥰I loved the convenience of shopping, Malls and take aways & supermarkets are all close by.
The kitchen sink cupboard had dead baby cockroaches, wasn't clean.

Nice to sit on the balcony. Superb view. 3 separate bedrooms a bonus. Security guard very helpful with all our questions.
We did not have all the information to check-in. Had to wait outside with bagge before we could open the door.
Apartment was not freshly cleaned. Floors dusty. Dirty blankets with spots on.
Sofa very uncomfortable.
Limited supply on items like towels, toiletpaper, cutlery, extra bedding, soap.
No packing space in kitchen for supplies-limited access to cupboards.
We can make comparisons since we stayed in the same building last year, different unit.
