Balazs is a great host and very accomodating. The apartment is very central, with everything in walking distance, but still quiet enough to get some good rest. The apartment was very clean and well-stocked. We were very grateful for the air-conditioning and washing machine too.
The 2 flights of stairs was a bit annoying to climb with our luggage, but that's not the fault of the apartment itself. Just keep it in mind when packing ;)

Buena ubicación. Tranquilidad. Cocina apropiada.
Había reservado una cama doble, no dos colchones de una plaza juntados. Es un pequeño piso, cuatro hab y dos baños, la comodidad y el buen pasar dependerá con quien (y con cuántas personas) toque compartir estacia.Tener en cuenta que en ningun momento se trata con gente, tanto el check in como el check out es mediante claves.
