It was my 2nd stay at the a&o, once again I booked a twin room for solo use and this time I got on on the 4th floor and it was even more amazing! The room is even more conveniently designed and opens directly onto the terrace. Next time I'm in Budapest I'm definitely staying at this place again.

I stayed alone at a twin room, and it felt not like a hostel, bit genuinely like a hotel. Perfectly comfortable and quiet with all the basic amenities at my disposal. I also sincerely adored the inner structure and architecture of the hostel - especially the high ceilings and the stylishly rigid yet cosy courtyard. All the receptionist I met were friendly and sweet, especially the night shift. Immediately booked the same room for my return trip.

This is the only A&O hostel that included air conditioning in the room. It’s a lively place to stay with many youngsters and there are big sitting areas for meals provided. Kitchen provided is well equipped and security on food store in the refrigerator is safe.
