I highly recommend this beautiful apartment

Everything was perfect! The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything , comfortable huge bed and extremely spacious. We went to Disneyland and the bus stop was 1 minute walking , 7 minutes to Disneyland. Shops 2 mins walking from the apartment, nice parks around it . The guest were extremely friendly and kind, kept on checking on us if we are ok and if we need anything.

The stay was ok & convenient despite the easily fixed run down feel.

The apartment itself was of a nice design in a secure location that was really good for access to Disneyland with nearby bus stops. There were actually 3 codes necessary to access the property so very secure: The first for access into the general area, the second for access to a stairwell leading to various properties and the third for access to the property itself. The property came with secure covered parking which was great but there were issues with that. Comm's with the owners was prompt if all by email & phone. Access codes etc were given in good time on the day of arrival.

The property had a run down poorly maintained feeling that would take little effort to remove. Access to the property was by a stairway that needed a quick sweep with deteriorating non slip material and bits of paper tissue just outside the apartment door giving a bad initial impression. There was a leak above the front door (mentioned by others). We had problems both accessing & leaving the parking area. The key fob was held together with cellotape, it never failed to open the garage door but only once did it open the gate giving access to it. Just in case it was me at fault I handed the fob to a resident, he couldn't get the gate to open either. To get the car out of the garage area I had to wait for a resident to let me out with their fob. I called the owners about this when I was having trouble accessing the garage & was told to keep pressing the fob which clearly should be replaced. A warning if you have anything on a car roof, the garage door is very low so anything on the roof will most likely need removing before accessing . A little more on the run down feeling of the apartment. A glass door was cracked and supported with tape, the owners apologised for this in our departure mail and to be fair could be a recent happening. The bed settee (which we didn't use) had holes in it, probably from cigarette burns, a cushion had the stuffing coming out. The mattress cover / sheet on the double bed was not large enough for the mattress and couldn't cover it fully, we slept on rather than under the thin duvet cover because of this. The fridge freezer was rusting all be it in small areas. Veranda wooden furniture was broken & rotting and simply needed removing as there was alternative furniture in decent condition. There was no shower curtain (mentioned by others) or indeed shower head holder.

Very pleased with the size of the apartment and proximity to Disney, also has a great patio if you stay in good weather.

The bed was comfortable, and the kids room was cute and practical. Great for a family of 4 or 5.

It was not as well stocked as some rental apartments we have stayed in. For example there was no coffee or tea, no paper towel. A few little extras would make a big difference.

Highly recommended location to stay for a trip to Disneyland

The apartment is a perfect place to stay when visiting Disneyland. The apartment is really clean and sufficiently furnished for a family of four, i.e. 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a comfortable queen size bed for the parents and two smaller children’s beds in a separate room. The kitchen holds the basic essentials to prepare own meals if desired. There is a cosy couch and TV with several streaming services available (Netflix, Disney+, Prime…). The facilities were clean and well maintained. The property also offers a parking space in a locked facility garage that you can access via a remote control (you need to fetch it in the apartment first), which is a great advantage as you can leave your car there safely for the entire stay. Disneyland is just a few minutes bus ride away and the bus stop around the corner of the apartment (200m). The hosts are easy to reach and really helpful. Final tip: when you arrive, you‘ll find yourself in front of a locked gate that requires a passcode to enter. Check your inbox for the all the details.

Ottima soluzione

La casa è ben tenuta e molto accogliente, è confortevole e comoda per quattro persone..casa molto calda. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo a farci trovare la casa già pronta al nostro arrivo e comunicare con lui è stato semplicissimo. Abbiamo usato uber sia per gli spostamenti che per la spesa da consegnare a casa, visto che la casa non è vicina a tutti i servizi e avendo due bimbe con noi è stato piu comodo usare uber piuttosto che camminare. A pochi km si trova il centro commerciale val d'Europa dove c'è un acquario per portate i bambini. Non molto distante da Disneyland si arriva in pochi minuti di auto. Raccomando la casa

Мебель ужасная, пешком до Диснейленда 4км, на такси 15€. В апартаменте курят.

Качество мебели и качество чистоты. Диван в доках обожженных от сигарет. По всюду валяются провода, водятся части от кондиционера. Под окном около 40 выкуренных сигарет. Так же еще и попросили за собой оставить номер абсолютно чистым, хотя там уже было не опрятно и грязно. Я бы точно не рекомендовал такие апартаменты кому либо.

l appartamento è moderno, pulito e molto comodo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Purtroppo in zona non abbiamo trovato un ristorante o qualche locale vicino casa per poter mangiare qualcosa ma abbiamo ordinato delivery

Appartement mit einigen Mängeln.

Lage war gut

Wir konnten den Herd nicht nutzen , weil die Touch- Tasten nicht reagierten. Es gab keine Anleitung für die Benutzung, auch anhand einer Anleitung aus dem Internet funktionierte er nicht . Im Kinderzimmer ist keine ausreichende Beleuchtung, es fehlt ein Nachtschränkchen für des 2. Bett, es gab nur1 Nachttischlampe , ohne Glühbirne . Im Bad nur 1Rolle Toilettenpapier ,1- lagig , keine Reserve. Kein Duschvorhang an der Badewanne Couch hatte Brandlöcher Auf der Terrasse standen ein paar kaputte Gartenmöbel. Heizung in der Wohnung ging nicht , bei Außentemperatur von 9° tagsüber . Das Appartement hat eine Zwangsdusche . Wenn man aus der Wohnungstüre tritt, läuft das Wasser von der oberen Etage direkt vor die Tür und man wird geduscht . Der Abstellraum ist total chaotisch , es gab keine Reserven an Toilettenpapier , Glühbirnen oder sonstige Verbrauchsartikel. Wegen dem nicht funktionierenden Herd wäre eine Entschädigung angebracht

Un apartamento donde realmente nos sentimos muy a gusto. Próximo a Disney y a París, situado en una urbanización tranquila y con muy buena relación calidad precio.

Super gute Bus-Anbindung zum Disneyland und vor Ort fanden wir einen Bäcker und Einkaufsladen.

Wir haben sehr helle, gereinigte und großzügige Räume vorgefunden. Besonders angenehm war, dass wir unser Gebäck großzügiger Weise vor dem eigentlichen Check-In abstellen konnten.

Un vero peccato, poteva avere potenziale…

Soggiorno decisamente deludente. L’appartamento si è presentato in condizioni igieniche molto scarse: sporco generale, presenza di formiche ovunque, ragnatele e lenzuola che non davano alcuna impressione di essere state cambiate. L’aria condizionata non esiste: al suo posto c’era un pinguino portatile che però non poteva funzionare, perché mancava lo sfiato per la finestra. In pratica inutile. Due finestre erano rotte e “riparate” in modo inaccettabile con del semplice scotch: una soluzione provvisoria e assolutamente inadatta, soprattutto in estate. Peccato davvero, perché la struttura avrebbe del potenziale, ma è evidente la mancanza totale di manutenzione e attenzione. Così com’è, non lo consiglio.

Op een paar kleine dingen na is het een geweldig verblijf.

Ruime accommodatie en erg schoon. De keuken met veel kookgerei en een afzuiging zorgde ervoor dat we glutenvrije gerechten konden maken. De buurt was zeer rustig (op dag één iets drukker, maar dat had met een voetbalwedstrijd te maken) en de kamers zijn geluiddicht. Locatie was top (circa 5-10 min van Disney).

De vorige verhuurder had de garagesleutel meegenomen, waardoor we telkens via de roldeur naar de garage moesten lopen. Tevens was er een raam nabij de voordeur gebroken en met tape geplakt. Het terras bevatte gebroken meubels. Desondanks, heeft bovenstaande niet gezorgd voor problemen. We komen hier waarschijnlijk terug.

We kwamen laat in de avond aan. Ik vond het niet fijn om met codes naar binnen te gaan. Maar begrijp het volledig dat je 's avonds niet opgewacht kan worden.

Gostei de tudo. Só 2 criticas construtivas que tenho a colocar: - a banheira não tem qualquer protecção por isso tomar banho, sem molhar a casa de banho, torna-se uma tarefa muito dificil; - quando chegámos à noite, num dos dias, chovia e, mesmo em frente à porta de entrada do apartamento tem uma pingadeira da varanda de cima que deita água para cima dessa entrada
