The exterior building is kind of an old condominium, but the interior room is newly developed and aesthetically built. Rooms were clean, there’s a kitchen and coffee table all to yourself. The location is not too far from some parks and the centre of the city is just a 30 min walk. For the price, I would definitely recommend this place.

Lack of care and hygiene

Coffee machine and milk steamer were great. We appreciated waking up to a nice cup of coffee.

Unhygienic apartment due to a lack of cleaning. We noticed immediately when we arrived. Dusty surfaces, greasy kitchen appliances, the inside of the fridge was not wiped down, sticky bathroom drawers, etc. If you're counting on the dishwasher and microwave, too bad because they're broken. The bed and bedding is of low quality, very thin and not really comfortable. Lastly we stayed for two whole weeks, and our bedding or towels were not refreshed once. Honestly, I would not recommend it unless they schedule a serious deep clean...

Wygodny apartament na parterze, ale BEZ PARKINGU i z imprezowymi sąsiadami

Lokalizacja korzystna dla mnie, bo tuż obok Areny Gorzów. Mieszkanie jest dość cieple i wygodne, latwy odbior kluczy i wejście. Czyste i zadbane.

Kolejny raz apartament, ktory w bookingu jest z parkingiem, realnie nie ma parkingu. Te "ogólnodostępne miejsca przed i za budynkiem" okazały się wszystkie zajęte i zmarnowałam wiele czasu na szukanie miejsca a potem dźwigałam walizkę daleko. W samym budynku ściany są niestety cieniusieńkie, słychać sąsiadów, a w jednym z mieszkań trwała pijacka impreza z bardzo glosną muzyką i awanturami na klatce, do której o 2.30 nad ranem wezwano policję i dopiero można było iść spać.

Mimo tych drobiazgów pobyt ze wszech miar udany, absolutnie polecam

Lokalizacja świetma, kontakt tak samo - tak jak było opisane w ofercie tak zostalam na miejscu. Polecam serdecznie ;););)

Pięknie, czysto i ogromna przestrzeń mieszkania. Zaskoczyło nas pełne wyposażenie, skorzystaliśmy jedynie ze szklanki, aczkolwiek do dyspozycji było od wyboru do koloru sprzętu kuchennego. Zdecydowanie polecamy.

Przestrzenne mieszkanie, dodatkowe łóżko w formie rozkładanego fotela, dodatkowa pościel, blisko parking, łatwe zameldowanie, netflix

Brak kawy (jeden ekspres wymagał serwisowania, a do ekspresu z kapsułkami brak kapsułek) i obiecanej w opisie czekolady, dużo kurzu, kamień w czajniku na wodę, brudne kubki, słabo wyposażona kuchnia, brak zapasu papieru toaletowego, głośna lodówka (dziwne dźwięki, które straszyły w nocy)

Bardzo fajne mieszkanie, któremu przydałoby się porządne sprzątanie

Bardzo przyjemne mieszkanie w niezłej lokalizacji, oddalone od centrum o ok. 2km. Wygodne łóżko, fajny ten wszechobecny motyw kawy, super opcja z Netflixem na wieczór. Bardzo chwalę sobie zawsze możliwość wejścia do mieszkania bez specjalnego umawiania się z właścicielem (kluczyk jest w skrytce przy wejściu) i tutaj była to super opcja. Fajnie, że jest aneks kuchenny i duża lodówka.

W mieszkaniu jest ogólnie brudno i klejąco. Widać to na każdym kroku, na stole w kuchni, w zmywarce (w środku były brudne naczynia), pod prysznicem. Wyglądało to tak, jakby przed naszym wejściem ktoś wyrzucił tylko śmieci i wymienił pościel, nic więcej. Przydałoby się tam porządnie posprzątać. Dokupiłbym tam jeszcze jakiś durszlak i kilka misek w kuchni.

Było super 😁

Potrzebowałem tylko 1 noclegu, ponieważ dzień i wieczór spędzałem w innym miejscu. Coffee House jest tak przytulnym i funkcjonalnym wnętrzem, że aż chciałem dłużej pobyć w tym apartamencie. Wszystko czyste, świeże, świetny kontakt z właścicielem, poranna kawka bezcenna:). Na pewno wrócę tu, jeśli będzie okazja. Pozdrawiam Przemek.

Bardzo polecam, w przypadku powrotu do Gorzowa na pewno z tego miejsca skorzystamy!

Lokalizacja znakomita. Przyjechaliśmy na mecz, arena jest zaledwie 11 minut od obiektu. Komunikacja z dworca do mieszkania bez większych problemów, wszędzie łatwo dojechać. Wygoda łóżek jak i samego mieszkania bardzo na plus.

Z niewielkich wad, które bardzo nam nie przeszkadzały: troszkę mała kabina i cieknący kran w kuchni. W pierwszej chwili zmartwił nas też trochę zamknięty pokój w mieszkaniu, natomiast prawdopodobnie jest to schowek, którym nie należy się martwić. 😃
