Location is in walking distance to city center. The apartment is newly renovated and communication with the landlord was easy and clear. We stayed for one night over weekend so there was free parking in front of the building ( only during weekends as far as I understand ). I can recommend the apartment for short stay only - see negatives.
The apartment has no window really and it was very hot inside. The air condition has not enough capacity to cool it down despite additional ventilator installed by landlord. The couch used as bed for the kids is too small to accommodate 2 kids ( there is and additional collapsible bed, but we didn't use it )
