Csendes volt a szoba, jó lokációval. Modern berendezésekkel felszerelt. Gyorsan reagáltak a kérdésekkel kapcsolatban. Szívesen voltunk itt.

A csend és a nyugalom. A centrum közelsége.

Az ágy. A széles fakeret, a puha, osztatlan matrac.

It's located one street away from the main square, yet it's quiet and calm. Bed was also very comfortable.

The check-in experience was very confusing. First I needed to download an app, and send my data there. I would supposedly receive check-in information there, which never happened. Right after making the reservation, I received instructions to find the apartment and open the door, but at arrival we realised that the building is almost a maze with corridors, doors, courtyards and stairs we had to cross to find the accommodation. An e-mail with clearer instructions in English with pictures and arrows would have helped immensely. When we finally got to the door I realised that the key box is a manual one with a four-number code, which couldn't match any reservation code I'd had received until that point. So I called the phone of the person responsible, who sounded extremely upset to be called. It was after 9pm, so understandable, but then again, that was the only thing we could do at that moment, and had we received the code, we wouldn't have needed to call. He claimed that he sent the information via e-mail, but I checked e-mails, spams, Booking messages, and the check-in app, and nothing was there. The space itself was comfortable and clean, but I constantly had the feeling that only the bare minimum was provided in order to claim that the apartment has certain features, and to look good in photos. For example, there was a coffee machine, with 2 units of coffee capsules; there were no spatulas, ladles or bowls; all the plants were plastic; there was no soap dispenser in the shower; we saw a router in the kitchen, but never managed to connect to the internet, since the password wasn't written anywhere, and we sent a message to the host, but it was never answered. Besides that, it irritated me a little that there was a 2-page long "house rules" paper on the table with all the things that were forbidden, dare I say in a slightly rude tone, while actual useful information like wifi code and tips and tricks about the city was missing.
