Központi helyen található, minden könnyen elérhető gyalog. Tiszta, modern, felszerelt lakás, olyan, mint a képeken és még finom illat is van. :) A parkoláshoz parkolási engedélyt kell venni, de az is könnyen elintézhető, parkolóhelyet is egyszerű találni. Legközelebb is szívesen megszállunk itt.

Nagyon jó helyen fekszik, közel a központhoz. Minden jól megközelíthető. Kiváló sétákhoz, Pécs történelmi épületeinek, műemlékeinek megtekintésére.
Parkolás nem megoldott, csak behajtási engedéllyel lehetséges, sok csomaggal több fordulós a bepakolás.

Kiváló elhelyezkedés. Modern, ízléses berendezés. A fűtés nem megfelelő. Fáztunk. Estére tudtuk a hálót befűteni, addig kabátban ültünk. Javaslom a fűtés korszerűsítését, ami temperált hőmérsékletet biztosít. Vagy fűtött lakással várni a vendéget!
