It’s very close to the beach- about 5 minutes if you cross the road and then you’re at the promenade. Everyone else who stays there is lovely, even if there’s a language barrier you still get a smile from neighbours!

The balcony is at the front door and the window to the beach slides open, only a persons preference to have a balcony by the back window but that’s not a bad thing! Still perfect for a holiday :)

Great apartment, no reliable parking.

The apartment was clean and in a good location.

The parking!!!! The area in front of the block is very small and not big enough to accommodate everyone's car. There is very limited street parking and on one night I had to park away from the property in a public carpark, for which I had to pay.

L’hôte est hyper sympa et disponible. L’appartement est bien situé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut . Les lits sont confortables. Peut un aspirateur car c’est plus pratique et efficace qu’un Balai et une multiprise dans la cuisine

Malheureusement l’appartement à côté a été loué à des gens irrespectueux qui faisant du bruit des 4 heures du matin. Le propriétaire est intervenu et tout est rentré dans l’ordre

Económico y cercano a la playa

El apartamento tenía vistas al mar, era muy cómodo y fresquito, tiene todo lo necesario. La zona estaba muy bien, bien comunicada con la estación María zambrano y el aeropuerto. En la Carihuela hay muchos lugares de ocio y buenos restaurantes para comer, la playa está muy bien también.

Agradable y en Orden

La disponibilidad de tener mascotas, el hecho de que pudiera entrar con mi perro, eso lo hizo muy util para mi y recomendable, buen precio, zona agradable para estar

lo unico no tan bueno es que el Apartamento es en un 6to piso, pero bueno, tiene ascensor, solo que a mi no me encantan los pisos altos, lo tome por lo que comento que me permitio a mi mascota y que ademas tenia buen precio algo mas que no es culpa del apartamento o el edificio, es la dificultad de parking cerca, pero imagino que por ser tan turistico se vera todo el tiempo, negativo para la zona pero no para el apartamento.

Prima verblijfplaats voor een betaalbare prijs

Prima locatie, net buiten de drukte van de strip langs het strand. Fijn, ruime appartement voor 2 personen. Fijne douche. Keuken voorzien van Dolce Gusto automaat, broodrooster en ruime koelkast met vriesgedeelte. De bank is zeer comfortabel om op te zitten en op zich ook prima om op te slapen.

Wel magnetron, geen oven, wat wel een beetje lastig is met zelf koken met 1 koekenpan. Bedden zijn vrij hard, daar moet je van houden. Het hielp wel om er een extra dekbed onder te leggen.

Appartement bien situé

L'appartement est très bien situé pour les restos et la plage mais juste un peu en retrait pour la tranquillité. Le parc derrière amène de la fraîcheur et on entend le chant des oiseaux. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

La photo de la vue est un peu inexacte. Oui on voit la mer tout à gauche ou à droite mais il y a un édifice juste en face donc la vue n'est pas pleine comme le laisse croire la photo.

pas op de dag van aankomst een bericht van waar zich de sleutels zich bevonden, Omdat wij ouder zijn was het voor ons niet zo eenvoudig op onze telefoon de mail te lezen. Met de hulp van een spaans sprekende nederlander lukte het van enkel spaans sprekende verhuurder de code te verkrijgen. De fout die verhuurders maken is dat ze pas de dag van aankomst de code versturen. Dat moet gewoon de dag voor aankomst !!!

Basic appartement.

Wij waren op doorreis en daarom was deze accommodatie voor ons perfect. Het is schoon en netjes en de bedden waren goed. Het is vlak bij het Hollandse gedeelte van torromolinos. Ik denk als je daar van houdt en dicht bij zee wilt zitten en allen een bed nodig hebt om te slapen dat het appartement daarvoor perfect is.
