A beautiful room with every amenity you need for a relaxing vacation. The host was quick to respond and resolve any issues that came up. Wonderful location too (easily identifiable on Google maps) — just a short walk from key landmarks, restaurants, metro station, and more.
One small suggestion: a little extra lighting near the building entrance door, perhaps a small bulb by the lift, could make it even easier for first-time visitors to find their way in.

The no-key (codes) system is really great and comfortable. Location is great!! Many cafes, bars and restaurants are right there.
There is noise coming from the neighboring apts even though the apt turns to the back. So you need to take that into account. I Ceiling fan would be a nice addition to the place. bathroom, although very clean, is super small. It's not so bad but worth mentioning.

the location was very convenient and the apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. it’s very close to outdoor food market which is fantastic and a bakery where all the goods are handmade and desc by grocery options.
it was darker than i had thought it would be and much noisier than i had anticipated…

Right at the centre of Kookaki and very close to Subway.
The doors to the apartment do not inspire security at all. Last night of my stay, for no reason I came back and the doors (even to my room) were open.Fortunately nothing was missing. Messaged the owners and told me that maybe there was a power cut (not good answer). I was lucky
