Very small tv could not get WiFi or Mirrow screen to watch football but Robert came to apartment n sorted the WiFi out

Avoid at all costs

Currently in talks with customer services about getting my money back. It’s an expensive place and the photos are not realistic, some not even the apartment I stayed in. No communication when I stated issues with noise - bar at back of apartment and to the front. Heard drunks arguing at 3 in the morning. No reply at all. No welcome book, had to contact host for WiFi!!! I have been stopping in apartments around the country for last 9 years. Never have I ever stopped in such an appalling place. I believe some of these reviews must be fake! We paid £247 for two nights, at 9am on the Saturday I text that we would not be stopping for a second night. Stay clear! You have to keep shutters closed

There was no A/C and the staff was not not responsive, the apartment was in the second floor and it is difficult for families

Ideal for the town centre. Great little street with a Sainsburys on the corner and a nice restaurant behind.

Just for me the bed mattress was a little soft, but that is just my preference. Room was very clean with all the amenities you could need.

Wonderful apartment in great location

In the area for work for a few nights and was looking for a bit more space than a hotel room and somewhere to prepare food instead of eating out alone every night. Fantastic location on a lovely street with a great buzz to it. Modern bright and spotlessly clean apartment. Tastefully furnished and decorated. Fluffy soft towels. Easy self check-in with clear instructions provided by email beforehand. Kitchen equipped with toaster, kettle, microwave and oven with hob* (see comments below) Lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep in the comfortable bed. Will be my go-to place to stay if I'm in the area again.

Only one hanger in the bedroom wardrobe No cleaning products as described No kitchenware as described so unable to cook a meal using the oven or hob (fine if you live off microwave meals, pot noodles or toast though!)

Very modern apartment , just like the photos. The location was very good , a short walk to the train and bus station, the host was very good at communicating with us and got to check in abit early which was good as we were travelling the whole night before to get there.

Hidden gem in the heart of the city.

Easy self check in. Modern, light and bright apartment that is well equipped located right in the heart of the city. Bars, restaurants and shops only steps away and the Winckley square park ideal to sit out for a picnic. Comfy bed and powerful shower. Very friendly host who popped in with a replacement tv remote when the original was missing. 5 star service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

No tea towel to dry dishes. Fan in the bedroom would have added a little extra luxury.
