Westward House - Norfolk Cottage Agency

Location of the house was brilliant. The house was lovely and spacious and furnished to a high standard. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped. Lovely outdoor seating. The quantity of bathrooms was great. We could all have our own! This was important as we had 4 generations of family members, aged from 8 to 88! Lovely to have so many t.v.'s and even a radio/cd player. Essential to me was having our own private parking space with an 88 year old and and an 8 year old with special needs and both have mobility issues.

Only negative comments: House was cleaned to a good standard except it didn't appear the floors had been cleaned as my daughter's socks were black by the end of the day. Maybe outdoor covered seating area could have had cobwebs swept away as there were loads! Washing line not sturdy enough to hang anything of weight. Stairgates were old and didn't have the modern fittings. No highchair provided, which is usual in a child-friendly property.

Areas of the house had clearly had effort and money spent on it and was nice. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was fairly well equiped. The location was very good with the surounding area being busy but not noisey.

The access to parking is very difficult, the access width needs to be wider and the raised lip at the drive boundary with the highway is severe, unnecessary and may cause clutch damage on vehicles. The Wi-Fi is poor and the TVs are fairly small. The outdoor facilities need a total revamp. Parts of the house could be cleaner and some of the furnishings are poor.
