Great 1-room Loft

There is everything you need, great koffiemachine. 2 persons bed very comfortable Perfect bathroom and shower. There was coffee and thee in the room, good towels and a dishwasher Everything was clean Good curtains Before you arrive you get a very clear description how to check in the room Nearby very good bakery

The bed at the loft was hard, and small stairs We were there when it was very hot. We were missing the airco. We wanted to park nearby, parking was expensive

Very well located near subway , cafes and shopping opportunities, easy to get around Berlin

If you get there by car there are limited spaces and all are charged resulting in extra costs to be considered

Cosy, clean, had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Very good communication with the owner. Quiet safe area. Conveniently placed not far from the U Bahn station. Edeka supermarket 5 mins away and also a lovely cafe bar. Greek taverna with great food and service across the main road. Italian restaurant just tucked behind main U station. Very fair prices in both places and good food. We arrived from the airport on the Express to Sud Kreuz, took the SBahn hoping to get off at Innsbrucker Platz. It was closed so back on the train to Bundestag Platz - that was closed! We eventually found our way to Bayerische Platz by which time it was dark and very quiet and a bit tricky to find our way to Stubenstrasse. Asked the one person we met on the street who eventually got her husband to take us by car! It was close! Try to get to Bayerische Platz in the light so you can see where you’re going. Check the UBahn stations - U4 wasn’t operating at all. One of the stations had a bus replacement service past Spichernstrasse. Otherwise public transport was fantastically easy and efficient.

Nothing except the pillows! It was like disappearing into foamy clouds - prefer something considerably more supportive!

It’s very clean, modern and convenient. We enjoyed our 5-night stay there. Our host and his team have been great.
