Location was stunning, the cottage is on a working farm with beautiful views over Alston. The cottage was dog friendly and had everything we needed, very spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would like to stay there again.
Nothing we didn't like, but just to note the cottage is set off from the main road so there is some traffic noise when cars go by but it isn't a busy road and we are used to much louder traffic noise where we live. As it is a working farm there are animal noises, such as sheep but we knew this at booking and it did not impact our sleep at all, but something to consider if you are a light sleeper

Everything! The perfect little holiday home for a family of four with a grandad in tow! The children loved playing with the kids next door and helping feed the animals!
