The Luxury Suite at Bear Mountain

The Luxury Suite was charming, cozy and very close to the sights/attractions/dining in Eureka Springs. With the microwave, coffee maker and sink in the kitchenette, I could enjoy breakfast or a light meal without having to go out. I enjoyed the gas fireplace and the jacuzzi tub. My 2 small dogs who traveled with me couldn't wait to visit the nearby goat pen every morning! It was delightful watching the animals greet each other. There was just enough outdoor space on the property to walk them. I felt very safe at all hours, and found it quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a rustic setting with modern comforts, this is the place! The hosts were accommodating, but never intrusive. Their recommendations for dining and sightseeing were very helpful and added to the enjoyment of my trip. The Tasting Menu at Le Stick Nouveau (just down the road) was AMAZING; one of the best meals I've ever had. My pups and I felt very much at home during our stay, and I would not hesitate to visit again.

I had to buy a flashlight, as it was very dark at night taking the dogs out. They might consider adding one in future that guests can use. Alternatively, they might put in a few solar "stake" lamps around the property so that there's just a little light around the back when it's dark. The flashlight was an easy and inexpensive fix that worked out just fine, though.
