Spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
The garden was very untidy and unkempt. It was stinking hot when we were there so wanted to be outside (conservatory was obviously too hot to sit I ) but it just wasn’t pleasant. And although the pub was great for a curry - no pub garden. And nowhere else in the village to go.

Beautiful location. Loved the sun room. Easy to park. Comfy bed. Great Indian food across the road.
Loo roll provision, barely enough for the week. We had to buy some and there was only 2 of us. The hot water was switched off on the boiler. Took us a while to figure it out. First time we used the shower it flooded the bathroom floor and soaked all the towels in the basket.

The cottage is tired and in need of new furniture; only really one comfortable chair downstairs, table was on the wonk.
The garden was significantly overgrown.
The conservatory made our visit very uncomfortable due to the heat.
The security of the house needs improving, the conservatory would be easy to break into and the back door doesn't shut properly.
