location to beach, walk to town great pub restaurant end of the road

agents not fully aware of available equipment i.e. asked if iron and board available they said no - found one in teh cupboard. we couldn't sit in the rear courtyard as the smell of dog urine very strong on the astro turf - just doesn't work - suggest changing even to stones so can was through, also lots of cigarette butts left in pots so also smells, overall clean but they need to lift cushions and vacuum below re dog hairs my dog small does not moult so not used to them !

Lovely decor, very homely. Our stay was very comfortable, all things thought of e.g. ability to wash/dry clothes, fresh flowers and complimentary biscuits and wine was such a lovely suprise. All things needed were thought of e.g. milk in the fridge, hair dryer, portable speaker, games, WiFi access, plenty of towels, we were very impressed. Lovely conservatory room to relax in, outdoor space too. Beds/sofa very comfortable, very roomy, 5 minutes walk from the beach, easy parking. We absolutely loved it. Will definitely be back again :)

Can't fault a thing, although we would have loved to option to pay for earlier check in and later check out

So close to the sea and places to eat. Beds very comfortable and shower was great.
