The apartment itself was fine. Modern, comfy beds. Washing machine and dryer worked. Nice safe apartment complex with helpful concierge and a good supermarket.

Lots of false advertising. We had called beforehand to check they could accommodate us (as we booked last minute) and they said the apartment was clean and ready to go for a 2pm check in. Booked a 3 bedroom apartment, walked in to find out it was a 2 bed. When I messaged the host he blamed it on us checking in last minute. It hadn’t been cleaned. He did eventually get a cleaner (who did a good job) but only at 4pm so we couldn’t check in until 5pm. There isn’t a lot to do in the area so we sat on a bench and waited. All the amenities listed (tennis courts, pool, etc) were either not available or available but only for an extra fee. There weren’t enough towels for all of us. It is not lakeview and is a 45 min walk from west lake. He gave us a 12% discount for giving us the wrong apartment but I still would not recommend.
