The hostess was amazing. She helped us with transport arrangements to and from Sapa and checked on us to make sure we were ok even after we checked out.
Rooms were big, beds comfy, great location.

部屋が２F〜５Fまであって各部屋が広かった。
ホストも親切でした。
チェックイン時、部屋に入ると数分後にホストの方も来てくださり、お支払いをスムーズにできました。
シャワーは３Fだけお湯が出た。それ以外のシャワーはお湯が出なかった。
立地はオペラやハイブランド店からは近いが飲食店は少し少ないイメージ。

1棟貸切なので、ファミリーで気兼ねなく楽しめた。
古典的な建物が、よく手入れされたアート空間になっており、どこを撮っても絵になった。
周囲は飲食店などにも恵まれており、夜にタクシーで帰ってきても治安が良いと感じた。夜は比較的静か。
ランドマークである歌劇場に近く、参加するツアーの集合にも便利。
旧市街の中心部は週末に歩行者天国となるため、タクシーが来てくれない&行ってくれないが、ここはそのエリア外のため不便はなかった。
各部屋にはバスタオル×2、シャンプー、ボディソープ、ルームスリッパのアメニティがある。
エアコンもよく効いた。
上階に行くほどシャワーの圧が弱く、チョロチョロとしかお湯が出なかった。
日中は、目の前のカフェや表通りの工事の音などが響いてくる。
支払いはドルかベトナムドンのキャッシュのみで、集金に来たスタッフは領収証を提示しなかった。
