Dos Mares Apartamentos Playa Granada

Location was good, not far to walk.to the beach. Facilities were great, had everything we wanted, outside space was nice with view of the pool. Air-conditioning and fans kept the apartment nice and cool.

Getting in at the start was a problem, the instructions could have been clearer, we tried to make contact with the host to get in, but nobody replied, the parking outside on the street was full and we had to park blocking other cars whilst trying to figure out how to get in. No instructions or guides on how to get to the parking, a key with the entry fob is needed in the lift to gain access to the parking area. The apartment is starting to get tired looking, it needs a refresh, the tap outside was constantly leaking so the patio was always wet, the awning was ripped, plug sockets were loose.

- la difficulté à communiquer avec l’agence, tout les contacts se sont fait par whattapp, les réponses et l’assistance étaient approximatives. Nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes lors de notre arrivée , obtenir des réponses claires sur l’accès de la résidence fut pénible, nous avons dû insister pour les obtenir. Ensuite nous avons été refusé d’accès à la piscine car il fallait des bracelets, sauf que quand nous avons demandé à l’assistance, ils nous ont assuré que le problème serait réglé dans la soirée, sauf que personne n’es venu pour nous apporter les bracelets,
