The location, the view to the sea and how clean the place was.
The property is ok, but it is in a point where it needs refurbishing. The air conditioning units upstairs didn’t work, the door to get to the balcony was tricky to open, the wi-fi was not working and there was no light in the balcony.

The apartment is large and has amazing sea views. It has balconies on both floors. It was well equipped with everything you needed. It was clean and tidy. The communication with the owner was excellent, with clear instructions on how to access the apartment. There is a supermarket close by and restaurants. We were able to park for free just in front of the apartment at this time of year.

La ubicación lo mejor
Persiana del salón y dormitorio de matrimonio rotas. Aire acondicionado de planta de arriba no funcionaba en ninguna habitación, nos dieron un ventilador pero hemos pasado calor. Grifo baño de arriba flojo. Vitrocerámica no funciona. Muy antiguo, necesita un chuleo.
