I liked the location, the area, and the facility

The flat door (The one with the 5-digits code) could be opend without the could. Just a little push and it opens. I did not like that i felt unsafe. For the rest everything was fine.

Ubicación buena. Cerca de estación de trenes y supermercados. A pocos minutos andando de los principales atractivos turísticos.

El apartamento estaba bien pero muy básico.

The location is good and close to the metro and tram links. The apartment is clean and spacious. Bathroom is clean and spacious.

I hope the manager or whoever is in charge of communicating with the guests on WhatsApp can be a bit more empathetic and acknowledge the guest's concerns. I did not feel I was being heard or that my feedback is being valued. As an example, there are 2 double doors at the entrance of the main building and in order to exit them you press the exit button at door number 1 and it is supposed to unlock both the doors. However, there is a small chamber in between the doors and if you delay exiting the second door you can get locked in the middle. I messaged the manager on WhatsApp asking for instructions to exit and was told of an alternate exit route via the garage. I informed him that there should be a second exit button as well or instructions provided in case one gets stuck before the second door. However, instead of acknowledging my concern the manager kept insisting that there is an alternate exit route and that I should stay calm! If someone is running a holiday home they should make offering convenience for their guests their utmost priority and not expect them to struggle during their vacation. Also, if I am not mistaken the charges for this apartment are not exactly cheap. Furthermore, there were no spoons or forks available in the apartment. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and I woke up with lower back pain. Overall a disappointing experience even though the apartment is spacious and clean.
