Excellent location
Tv remotes were broken, sofa isn't all that comfy. Shower was missing hair conditioner. Towels were new, so they gave away white fluff.

Property was in front of the ocean with access to the beach.
Esthetically was not what was expected based on previous rentals in the area. At first glance seemed clean but upon closer inspection vents were very dirty and areas in the kitchen microwave. The smell upon entering the apartment was musty and smelled like cigarette smoke. One day we were sitting out in the balcony and one of the neighbors was smoking weed. Needless to say we had to go inside, not something I wanted my 9 year old around.
