Nice beachfront condo with views of the Gulf. Second floor with 1 bedroom/1 bath and sleeps 6. Convenient beach access, heated pool in the winter only and hot tub. Only one pet under 50 lbs allowed with $100 fee . STR PERMIT #2023-0194.
LA INTERNACIONAL 205 - This 1 bedroom/1 bath is located on the 2nd floor (elevator). Comes fully furnished; just bring your bathing suit! The bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room. La International has a heated pool in the winter only & an exceptional hot tub on the street side and is a popular gathering spot .This unit is pet friendly (one pet allowed under 50 lbs), we just require a $100 non refundable pet fee collected upon arrival. Love La Internacional because it is RIGHT on the beach, about 500 feet out the door and there's the shoreline...doesnt really get much better than that. I've stayed at different units and this one was just okay. The description didn't mention that boogie boards, sand toys, chairs would be provided so we brought ours but we didnt have to b/c they were all there. The lack of toilet paper and the towel exchange is ridiculous, so try to find a unit that is rented by the owner not an agency b/c owners usually provide beach and bath towels and ample toilet paper, LOL. The Wanna Wanna next door is cool if you want quick bar food. Beware of the umbrella beach chair rental company...they will try to upcharge you on the weekends to negotiate if you can. Overall it was a good stay in this unit but again, try to find a unit rented by the actual owner and not a property management company.
