Location, and easy parking once they told us where.
The bathroom sink had low water pressure and air in the line. I guess they replaced the hot water heater and never flushed the lines. The maintenance guy had to remove the tap filter from hard water.

Location was amazing and easy access to the beach. Loved the condo, upgrades would be nice but it was good. Having a fully loaded kitchen was nice!!!
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable shouldn't even call that a bed. The sheets on it where Sandy and also in the king size bed. But other then that everything else was great!
