Bar super geile Cocktails

die Parkgarage ist reinste Katastrophe (wer kein guter Autofahrer ist, sollte NICHT hineinfahren), die Aufzüge zu den Stoßzeiten überfüllt, im selben Gebäude befindet sich auch ein Hotel und dadurch auch zwei verschiedene Lobbys, beim Check-In bisschen überfordernd wohin man soll, beim Zufahren mit dem Auto verursacht man ungewollt Stau

Modern apartment. Host has been very friendly and created a Whats App group for any assistance that was required. The check in was very quick and smooth. The property representative was there to receive us at the property and showed us the flat and gave cards for swimming pool, gym and private parking access. There were essential items like water & Pepsi etc. in the fridge as a nice Wellcome gesture. The host even offered free cleaning of apartment during our 7 nights stay. The apartment has a lovely Burj Khalifa view just as was advertised. Very central location close to Dubai Mall & Fountains. Taxi is available 24/7 at the transport desk just net to main ground floor entrance to the building. Super co-operative host who made our stay extremely comfortable. There is fully stocked small supermarket just about 100 metres away which is open till late at night. Competitive price as compared to other similar apartments in the same building. Previously, in December last year we stayed in the same building with STAYCAI apartments through booking.com. It was an absolute nightmare - that host / company made us wait for more than an hour for check in and we had to make numerous calls to get the keys after a long flight. The host kept asking for one thing after another, also took security deposit as would not give the keys otherwise - nothing of this sort was mentioned on advertisement on Booking.com. Apartment had non operational bathroom due to leakage issue. Once checked in we had to complete a long inventory form and send to host otherwise the form threatened we will not get security deposit back. It was a nightmare. I had to even put a complaint to booking.com and a negative review for STAY CAI apartments. This host was extremely professional and made every effort to make our stay as comfortable as he could.

Sofa a bit small in living room for 4 people - whenever possible please put an L shaped bigger sofa. Hot water good in morning but gets luke warm in afternoon and evenings - not an issue but please get it checked.
