Lovely family run property. Very courteous, accommodating and kind, a lovely place to spend a night after or before a flight.
Sheets were slightly stained but room was clean and tidy.

We loved our stay here. Tucked away in a quiet corner of Negombo, it felt like a peaceful little gem and was perfect for relaxing with family. The property was affordable, and the staff provided wonderful service throughout our stay. They arranged an on-request BBQ dinner for us, followed by a lovely breakfast the next day. The pool was clean, and the rooms were quite new, very spacious, comfortable, and fitted with modern fittings. Highly recommended!
