This hotel is committed to making quest feel welcome, from the time you are picked up to the time your dropped off at the airport you feel as if you are in safe hands. The atmosphere is amazing, the food at breakfast is delicious
They can provide more incentives for long term guest to eat at the restaurant which is a bit on the higher side price wise

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, food, view from the room and also from the roof top swimming pool.
Toilet tissue was very limited. Normally at-least 2 rolls will be provided in such good places.

Very polite staff. The welcome fresh fruit drink was refreshing. The check-in process takes a while (questions to answer, submitting IDs), but there is plenty of seating in the lounge area for the rest of the family to wait/ rest.
The rooms are clean, although the carpet in the living area needs to be shampooed. Bathrooms were clean, and beds were comfortable.
The breakfast was fresh and delicious.
Location was a plus, 3kms from the airport.
The fruit platter with a welcome note - its a very nice touch when welcoming guests, however, the fruits are not fresh. We stayed at the property twice, and both times the cut pieces of fruit were stale (refrigerated for too long).
