Zoot Kochi Infopark

I booked 2 rooms for day and extended booking for my parents for one more day. The stay at this hotel was really good. Rooms were maintained very well, no bad odor, no bugs in the room not even in the common area. Staff were really friendly and helped me to get my big luggage(6 of them) to the lobby.(we have couple of stairs to take to reach the lobby).My parents stayed there for one more day and my parents were happy with the breakfast that they had at the hotel. This hotel have enough parking space and I got a room from which i was able to see my parked car. All in all it was a good experience.

Best service , clean room , good maintenance

This is my 4th time staying at Zoot. I must say that at this price, this hotel is amazing. There are many hotels available in this price range, but most of the time there will be either a hygiene issue or some problem with the service. But with Zoot, all 4 of my stays have been really smooth, from check-in to check-out. We’ve always had a very comfortable stay here. Some people might find the rooms a little small and in some rooms, the bathroom tap may need some servicing. But apart from these small things, I really like the service and hospitality here. Compared to the other hotels I’ve stayed at in the same price range, Zoot definitely stands out. The location is also a big plus. This side of Kochi is usually very crowded, but Zoot is on a small pocket road, so it feels much less crowded while still being very close to the main road. It’s also easy to reach. They have a decent game zone on the top floor as well (attached images) and you get a nice view from there. For me, the biggest thing I look for in a hotel is hygiene and I would honestly give Zoot a 10/10 for that. Even if you feel something needs to be cleaned, replaced or fixed, the staff takes care of it immediately. The room service is also quick and good. I’ve met different people at the reception during each of my visits, but one thing I really appreciate is that everyone has been equally polite and respectful. Even though the staff members were different each time, the hospitality and behaviour were consistently good. Overall, I’ve had a really good experience here every single time. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and well-maintained stay at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend Zoot.

Staff and location were good. Rooms were basic which I expected. But bathroom had ants all over and the stink wouldn’t go even after spraying Deo all over. Sheets seems clean but old and brownish.
